“After just one listen, I found myself enchanted by her soothing voice, messages of hope, love and self-healing. I went from searching for new motivation to finding in Kaycia a Life Coach.”

I first started listening to Kaycia’s inspirational speeches while in search of a permanent replacement for the late Louis Hay. After just one listen, I found myself enchanted by her soothing voice and messages of hope, love and self-healing. I went from searching for new motivation to finding in Kaycia a Life Coach.

After my recent diagnosis with Postpartum Depression, I was left feeling hopeless and emotionally orphaned but after listening to her speeches on overcoming anxiety and living in the moment, I had finally rediscovered zeal in life and found myself in a more healthy mental space. What I enjoy most about her work is that she provides a judgment-free environment, suggests tools that have been tested and proven useful in her own experiences and her content is far-reaching. I had no idea that words could be so colorful, empowering and ultimately life-changing.

Kaycia changed my life and she can change yours too. You should give her a listen!

“I was never the person to listen or read anything unless it was directly related to my academic growth, but that changed when I got the opportunity to listen to Kaycia’s podcasts and read her blogs.”

Full-time Pre-Med Student and Secretary of CSO

I was never the person to listen or read anything unless it was directly related to my academic growth, but that changed when I got the opportunity to listen to Kaycia’s podcasts and read her blogs. I then realized that I have been neglecting my personal growth and development. Now, I find myself reading books that aren’t related to Biology or Parasitology lol…and they have been a great motivation.

I am intrigued by Kaycia’s level of creativity and uniqueness. I always look forward to reading her blogs because I can often relate to or identify with some of her experiences. Initially, my favourite blog was “Be Present”, but now my new favourite is “Maybe You’re the Problem” because I have encountered many people in my life who fail to accept that they are the problem.

Keep up the awesome work!
